Just a friendly reminder.....

Join us at the Pool!

We all know that warm weather is here and all of our residents would like to utilize the pool.  Please make sure that you follow the guidelines of the pool:

·         GLASS and ALCOHOL are NOT allowed at the pool area

·         NO pets are allowed in the pool area

·         You can only have two guests per apartment home, and you must accompany your guests at all times

·         The pool closes at 10:00PM

·         If you move the pool furniture please put it back where you found it.

·         No one under the age of 14 is to be at the pool without supervision. 

·         You must also remember that you and your guests are not the only resident’s enjoying the pool so please keep the level of your voice down!   

If you have any questions about the Pool Rules please stop by the office.
