Parking Assignment Details

1.       PARKING availability is limited.  Each unit is guaranteed two (2) spaces. Resident spots will be labeled “R”

2.       Vehicles parked on the property must be registered to the resident, have current vehicle registration tags and MUST HAVE A COURTNEY BEND RESIDENT DECAL.

3.       Car repairs are not to be done anywhere on the premises.  No car parts, broken or disabled vehicles will be stored in the parking premises or anywhere else on property.  Non-operative vehicles will be towed away at the tenant’s expense without warning.  No trailers, boats, capers, recreational vehicles, or trucks over one ton are allowed without written authorization.

4.       The parking areas and garages are not for storage. These spots are to be used by residents only and will not be labeled.  Combustible, hazardous or explosive materials or dangerous accumulations of rubbish; or accumulations of wastepaper, boxes, shavings or any highly flammable materials is not permitted.  This is a fire violation and safety hazard.

5.       Please be considerate of your neighbors.  ALL GUESTS must park in spots labeled “G.”  Any car without a Courtney Bend resident decal parked in front of a garage or in any spot marked “R” will be towed without warning.

6.       VEHICLE LICENSE NUMBERS- Residents are required to keep management informed of vehicle license numbers that will be parked on the property.

7.       RESIDENT DECALS MUST BE RETURNED AT MOVE OUT OR YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED A $75 FEE.  REPLACEMENT DECALS ARE ALSO $75.

ANY VEHICLE IN VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED AT VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE.
