Tips to maintain your new Apartment !

Living in an apartment home can be very convenient. Especially when there's a great maintenance staff to assist you with minor or major repairs. Courtney Bend would like to take the time to help you with some preventative maintenance that can be completed by you, to ensure the quality of your apartment home. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the office and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Energy Saving Tips

  • Refrigerators-Avoid leaving your refrigerator open for extended periods of time while looking for items by keeping it organized.
  • Washing Machines and Dryers-Wash only full loads of clothing in order to conserve water and make sure to select the appropriate water setting for your clothing.Whenever possible, try using cold water to cut the cost incurred by using hot water. When dryer clothes, clean the lint filter before each use for better air circulation.
  • Central Heating and Air-Replace your filter monthly. You can call the office to request your filter change for free at 843-208-3420

  • Smoke Detectors-When your smoke detectors are beeping, please be sure to change your batteries with a 9V battery. Make sure you change all smoke detector batteries when they begin beeping.
  • Light Bulbs- Maintenance will change your dining room track lights, patio light, kitchen fluorescent,    refrigerator light bulbs for free. Any other bulbs need to be changed by residents.

Feel free to request touch-up paint. Be sure to bring a container with a lid and specify flat or semi-gloss.

Please do not leave trash in your apartment home or in the breezeways. There is a $25 trash removal fee for each bag/item removed.

We also ask that you pick up after your pet to help keep our property clean.

We would like to thank you for your efforts in making Courtney Bend a great place to call home.
