Need Maintenance?
If you have a maintenance request please contact the office at: 888-317-3899.
Have a maintenance emergency?
-AC is not cooling and it is 80 degrees or warmer
-Heat is not working and it is 65 degrees or colder
-Toilet not working and you have a 1 bedroom apartment
-No power or power problems
-Fire alarm is sounding in your building
-NO hot water
-Water leak/flood
-Locked out ($55 charge)
-Storm damages (trees/limbs or light posts down)
-Noise Complaint (Courtesy officer will be dispatched)

Rent Payments
Residents!
Please remember that Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You also have a grace period until the 5th each month to pay.
If you pay after the 5th you will owe a $100 late fee & pay market rent. If your rent is going to be late please contact the leasing office to speak with the Assistant Manager or Manager to make arrangements.
Rent payments are accepted in the following form:
-Check
-Money Order/Certified Funds
-Payment via www.erentpayer.com
**Please note, making an arrangement does NOT waive fees***
